We were very pleased with Mr Alam was an amazing,very polite gentlemen and customer service above and beyond and he took care of our needs right away cause after driving for 3 hours, we just wanted to get some rest and then continue our journey the following Sunday to El Paso Texas please recognize his hard work! I was here for four nights for work and was looking for a quiet comfortable place to stay. I seen this one but drove around a little to check out other ones since I didn’t know Victoria. Didn’t really care for the others and not what I was looking for so I drove back to this one. Read the reviews. Everything seemed good in the reviews so I thought I would try it. The hotel staff is absolutely wonderful. Everyone that I spoke with was extremely helpful. The room was pretty good size. It was clean. Had everything I needed. The bed was my favorite part of the room. It was extremely comfortable, great bedding, fluffy pillows. This is very important to me since I have hip problems and cannot sleep in hard beds. I really enjoyed staying here and I will definitely put this on my list as a must stay in Victoria. It may not be the newest fanciest place to stay, but if you’re just looking for good people and a clean, quiet, comfortable hotel this is the place for you.
Rooms are comfortable, newly renovated, staff was helpful, best priced hotel, looks like a 5 star. Will definitely come back.
Kia Kesia Frankie both men that work at front desk they are very kind helpful they have really worked hard at cleaning this place up the maintenance man J.D is great you have any issues he’s right on it and Mary Alice the head of cleaning crew is sweet and will make sure you got what u need it’s close to Walmart dollar tree couldn’t ask for better group of people I give them a 10 outta 10
